Frederick County Division of Housing seeks a seasoned professional to plan, direct, and manage affordable housing developments with developer partners. The role ensures regulatory compliance and strategic execution aligned with the Housing Strategic Plan, reporting to the Division Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years of project management experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development, acquisition, design, and construction of housing projects
• Direct design and construction of housing developments and facilities
• Evaluate applications to housing incentive programs and determine feasibility
• Represent the Division in due diligence and financial closings
• Manage assets ensuring compliance with HUD, DHCD, and other regulators
• Review progress payments, costs, RFIs, and change orders
• Coordinate CIP processes to expand affordable housing
• Prepare professional correspondence and related documents
• Perform other duties as assigned
