Job summary

Baltimore County Government is seeking a Compliance Supervisor to lead the Office of Housing’s Compliance Unit under the Administrative Manager. You will oversee staff, ensure adherence to HUD and local regulations, and manage integrity, training, and reporting.

You will monitor programs, develop procedures, audit tenant files and EIV compliance, and advise senior leadership on regulatory strategy while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet delays and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Five years of experience in a regulatory environment.
• Proficient knowledge of HUD regulations and public housing programs.
• Ability to develop strategic plans for compliance operations.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor programs for compliance with HUD, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee daily operations of the Compliance Unit; manage staff and processes.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and training modules.
• Maintain Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) compliance and related records.
• Advise senior leadership on regulatory policy and program integrity.
• Prepare timely, accurate reports and ensure documentation meets requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field
