Job summary

Lowe's in Grand Forks is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and process orders with accuracy. You will work across departments, learn multiple areas, and contribute to a friendly shopping environment.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, reliability, and a willingness to assist with merchandising and checkout tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Basic arithmetic and reading/writing skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
• May require lifting more with assistance or accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Maintain shelves and replenish stock as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service goals.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut/pack items).
• Guide customers through checkout and shopping experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
