Job summary

Lowe's in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly support throughout their shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for input, access, modification, or output of information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to perform duties requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and other job duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelf spaces and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipe, cut/bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
