Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to freely access all store areas and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties as directed by management
• Greet guests to provide an enjoyable shopping experience
• Operate the POS system and maintain proper cash levels
• Ensure store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash)
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes
• Address guest inquiries and complaints and check in vendors as needed
