Job summary

SIXT in Phoenix is looking for a Fleet Support Administrator to warmly welcome customers, guide them through the rental journey, and ensure every vehicle is ready for the road with premium brand standards.

You will verify documents, help customers choose the right vehicle, manage inventory, coordinate maintenance with dealerships, and explain charges and receipts. Flexible hours and growth opportunities accompany the role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality, sales, or service.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities for fleet inventory and repairs.
• High school diploma or GED; valid US work authorization and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a professional, friendly attitude and direct them to stations.
• Verify documents, assist with vehicle selection, and handle exchanges to meet business needs.
• Explain charges, finalize rental agreements, and provide accurate receipts.
