SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to manage repairs, coordinate fleet availability, and ensure vehicles are ready for rental. You will handle daily inventory, work orders, and collaboration with dealerships and body shops to keep the fleet at peak readiness.

In this role you will support the Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, purchase orders, and driver coordination, while upholding our standards for accuracy, efficiency, and service.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks, manage vehicle availability, and coordinate repairs with dealerships and body shops.
• Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental by adding documentation, decals, and tags, and updating the inventory system.
• Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal, complete condition reports, verify equipment, and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor shift activities and vehicle movements, planning for future fleet demand to ensure efficiency.

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and an expert in fleet management and business analysis? As a Fleet Support Administrator at SIXT, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You'll manage repairs, oversee work orders, and coordinate the day-to-day running of our fleet, ensuring every vehicle is ready for action. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will ensure seamless fleet operations by performing daily inventory checks, managing vehicle availability, and coordinating with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs
• You will assist the Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance and repairs, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers to keep our fleet running smoothly
• You will prepare new vehicles for rental, handling tasks like adding documentation, decals, and tags, and ensuring they are added to our inventory system, ready for our customers
• You will oversee the preparation of vehicles for disposal, completing condition reports, verifying equipment, and coordinating necessary repairs
• You will monitor and track shift activities, including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and planning for future fleet demand, ensuring efficient and organized fleet management
