The Escape Game in Georgetown, DC is seeking friendly Game Guides to lead groups through immersive escape rooms and deliver five‑star guest service. You’ll greet guests, explain the rules, monitor progress with our game software, and help teams solve puzzles.

After each game you’ll reset components, clean areas, and share a fun recap with players. This role requires flexible availability, physical stamina for ongoing activity, and excellent communication to ensure every guest has a memorable

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication with guests.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (cleaning, setting up games, lifting 30-40 lbs).
• Able to reset games quickly using small tools and magnets.
• Willingness to learn and use game software to monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of 2-12 guests and deliver upbeat, friendly service.
• Explain TEG games and products and guide guests through puzzles.
• Monitor team progress using game software and HMIs.
• Reset game components accurately after each game and recap experience.
• Clean and reset games and facilities and stay on schedule.
• Complete necessary shift reports and address guest concerns promptly.
