Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes. You'll implement plans from the supervising BCBA, collect data, and document sessions while coordinating with the team. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to visit multiple locations.

The role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow within a supportive clinical team, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations.
