Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring qualified Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide high-quality care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Roles include 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings, following treatment plans from the supervising BCBA, data collection and notes, and collaboration with the team.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for commuting between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and commute to locations; be prompt to appointments.
