Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA and maintain data collection with session notes.

You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel between locations, with travel up to 25% and flexible hours to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors and families.
• Must have a valid state identification card and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Travel and commute to locations; must have a vehicle and license.
