Job summary

House of Hearts ABA seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home and in-school ABA therapy. You will provide 1:1 sessions with children, following BCBA plans, and track progress with our coaching. We welcome compassionate, team-oriented professionals.

RBT certification is required or in progress; reliable transportation is needed. Flexible FT/PT schedules and growth opportunities are offered in a warm, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required or actively in process.
• Passion for working with children and building trust.
• Reliable transportation and dependable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA supervisors.
• Track progress using simple systems and training provided.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to help kids thrive.
• Bring energy, compassion, and care to every session.
