Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and implement plans authored by a supervising BCBA. Data collection and session note submission are essential parts of the role, with collaboration across staff and supervisors.

The position requires reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and the ability to travel up to 25% to various locations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Must have a valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid drivers license for commuting to locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
