Job summary

Heim is recruiting freelance phlebotomists to join a team serving clients in Hull. You will perform domiciliary blood draws, recording results via a mobile app and coordinating with the Clinical Operations Team.

Applicants must have at least 12 months of phlebotomy experience, a DBS disclosure, personal indemnity insurance, a full driving licence, and fluent English. The role offers flexible hours, weekly pay, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months phlebotomy experience.
• DBS enhanced disclosure (child and adult).
• Personal professional indemnity insurance (evidence required).
• References: 2 referees, at least one from your recent employment.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out domiciliary blood tests and visits as a lone practitioner with app support.
• Seek advice from Heim Clinical team for matters outside responsibility.
• Ensure domiciliary samples are posted or delivered to the hub on time.
• Document blood tests in the patient’s medical record.
• Report to the Heim Clinical team and seek advice on risks.
• Work in accordance with company protocols and guidelines.
