Job summary

Heim is seeking freelance phlebotomists to perform community-based blood draws across the North East. You will join an existing team, providing high-quality care and reporting to the Clinical Operations Team.

The role requires at least 12 months of phlebotomy experience, a valid driving license, and access to your own vehicle. DBS disclosure and English fluency are mandatory, with weekly pay and ongoing support offered by Heim.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months phlebotomy experience.
• DBS Disclosure (enhanced, child and adult).
• Full driving license and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Carry out domiciliary blood draws with support from the Heim Clinical team.
• Document tests in patient records and report risks to the Clinical Operations Team.
• Ensure samples are posted or delivered to the hub on time for collection.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Participate in meetings and comply with training and appraisal processes.
