Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Promote non-surgical options and reduce medication reliance.
• Develop individualized care plans with proven techniques.
• Create wellness programs tailored to patient goals.
• Educate and motivate patients to engage in rehabilitation.
• Improve strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Document services and maintain patient records.
