PARS Therapy in Liberty Hill, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients during recovery. This onsite role focuses on restoring mobility, independence, and overall well-being through personalized, compassionate care in the home setting.

You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist, collaborating with the care team to implement treatment plans, educate patients, and monitor progress. Texas PTA license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Texas is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage is required.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in home setting under supervision.
• Assist in identifying patient goals and implement interventions.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to promote movement.
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans.
• Create wellness and fitness programs tailored to patients’ goals.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
