PARS Therapy is hiring a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Hondo, TX to support patients during their recovery journey. You will work in the home setting under a supervising Physical Therapist and contribute to patient mobility, independence, and quality of life with personalized, evidence-based care.

Qualifications include an active Texas PTA license, CPR certification, and experience in home health or rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage is required.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Demonstrated clinical experience as a PTA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in the home setting under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions to meet mobility needs.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve movement.
• Develop individualized care plans using proven techniques.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate actively in rehabilitation.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes and records.
