Job summary

PARS Therapy in Arlington, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients during recovery, promote mobility, and enhance independence in the home setting. You will help clients regain function and thrive with personalized, compassionate care designed for each individual's needs.

Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will develop individualized care plans, educate patients, and collaborate with the care team to improve

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Texas
• Current CPR certification
• Professional liability insurance coverage
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated clinical PTA experience in home health or rehab

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in the home under supervision of a licensed PT
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions to meet mobility needs
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence
• Support non-surgical approaches and reduce medication reliance
• Develop individualized care plans using proven techniques
• Create wellness and fitness programs tailored to patient conditions
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation
• Improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
• Document services and maintain patient records
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Active Texas PTA license
