Job summary

FeldCare Connects is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide quality home healthcare to patients in Escondido and surrounding areas. In this independent contractor role, you will manage your own schedule and enjoy the flexibility to see patients when and where you prefer.

Ideal candidates will have an active Physical Therapist license and a passion for helping people. This position also offers administrative support, competitive compensation, and an intuitive Electronic Medical Record system for easy documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with patients of all ages.
• Current, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Reliable transportation to serve patients.
• Possession of a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients.
• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment.
• Determine the plan of care for patients.

Skills

Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages

Education
