Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Physical Therapist to deliver premier care in the San Bernardino area. This Independent Contractor role focuses on adults of all ages, assessing needs, planning treatments, and promoting movement, pain reduction, and functional restoration in home health settings.

You will work autonomously, manage your own schedule, and coordinate with caregivers to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed and registered Physical Therapist in the state.
• Completion of a PT curriculum approved by major U.S. associations.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs to promote movement and reduce pain.
• Determine a treatment plan and execute interventions to improve well-being.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust goals as needed.
