Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state with active registration.
• Curriculum approved by APTA or related bodies.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function.
• Determine treatment plan, apply interventions, monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records with discretion.
