Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the Pittsburgh area to provide person-centered hands-on support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings. You will work under supervision, implementing ISP/IPP plans and promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion through daily living activities and community participation.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: prior experience in caregiving, home health, or direct support for individuals with IDD.

Implement behavior support strategies as directed.
Monitor health, safety, and emotional well-being of individuals served.
Maintain structured routines and support employment or community activities.
Provide transportation to appointments or community outings as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in trainings and team meetings.
