Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with IDD and autism is a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or obtainable.
• Ability to lift and transfer participants safely.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and mobility.
• Provide medication assistance as authorized and document accurately.
• Transport participants when authorized and use safety equipment.
• Maintain daily service notes and logs; report health changes.
• Follow behavior support and safety plans and complete training.
