Qualifications

• Over 18 years of age.
• Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision after training.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide client care including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Assist with meals and dietary needs per care plan.
• Support mobility and range of motion as directed and report changes.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities.
• Maintain a safe, confidential, and respectful home environment.
