Job summary

Maximum Care, Inc. seeks a Direct Care Worker to join our team and deliver compassionate in-home support. You will help with daily living, transportation, and personal care while upholding dignity and safety for clients.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, run errands, or provide transportation as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and provide personal assistance with daily living needs.
• Perform toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming as required.
• Provide companionship and conversation to stimulate and support clients.
