BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate in‑home care. You will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and support clients to maintain independence and dignity in familiar surroundings.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Home Health Aide certificate from a reputable program.
• CPR certification is required.
• At least 1 year of caregiving/home care experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor changes in health and report them to supervisors.
• Follow care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
