Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care in multiple surrounding areas. The role offers flexible hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for advancement.

You will assist clients with daily activities, offer companionship, and help maintain safety per care plans. Prior caregiving experience and a valid HHA certificate are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Home Health Aide Certificate.
• CPR certification required.
• Background check and drug screening.
• Driver's license with insured vehicle.
• English reading/writing/speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
