BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) to join a rockstar team delivering compassionate, in-home care. Flexible shifts, both full- and part-time, with a supportive RN oversight and opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities, companionship, safe mobility, and adherence to care plans in Concord, Lexington, and surrounding areas. CPR certification and a valid HHA certificate are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid/verifiable Home Health Aide Certificate from a reputable educational program.
• Certified CPR required.
• Preferred: one year of documented caregiver/home care experience.
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Licensed driver with insured and reliable vehicle.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to high‑quality care.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; effective communication.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support; engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Aid with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well‑being.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
