Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Marshfield, MA is seeking compassionate CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers to help clients stay independent at home. Earn $20 to $24 per hour with weekly pay and flexible scheduling for 20+ hours per week; both full-time and part-time openings are available.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, mobility, meals and companionship, plus light housekeeping and following care plans. Active CNA/HHA/PCA certification and reliable, patient care are required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Experience in caregiving or home care preferred.
• Caring, patient, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to provide care independently in clients' homes.
• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs.
• Help with walking, transfers and safe mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Report changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team.
