Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Caregiving experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and pleasant home environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and established routines.
• Keep the care team updated on changes in clients' needs or conditions.
