Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate CNA/HHA/PCA caregivers in Milford, MA for flexible full-time or part-time roles. Earn $20 to $23 per hour with weekly pay and opportunities to work 20+ hours weekly.

Positions include first and second shifts with varied weekday and weekend schedules. Comfort with in-home care, companionship, and safety are essential as you support clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
• Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
• Assist with walking, transfers, and safe mobility.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed.
• Build meaningful connections through companionship and conversation.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable living environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and established routines.
• Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team.

Skills
