Synergy HomeCare in Needham, MA is urgently seeking qualified CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers. We offer immediate openings for 20+ hours per week with both full-time and part-time schedules, including first and second shifts. Earn $20 to $23 per hour with weekly pay and flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, companionship, light housekeeping, and following care plans. Active certification and reliable shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and responsible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
• Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help clients with walking, transfers, and everyday mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Provide companionship and encourage social interaction.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and welcoming home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Keep the care team informed of changes in clients' conditions or needs.
