Responsibilities include personal hygiene assistance, mobility support, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, and following care plans, with clear communication of any health changes to the team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Experience in home care preferred.
• Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support safe walking, transfers, and mobility
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
• Encourage social interaction and provide companionship
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
• Communicate changes in clients' health or care needs to the team
