Zusammenfassung

Addus Homecare is urgently hiring Flex Home Care Aides to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. You will follow care plans, assist with daily activities, and help manage medications with a compassionate, reliable approach.

The role requires 5 days per week (one weekend day), 40 hours per week (20 guaranteed), on-call shifts, and a background check. A valid driver’s license and personal transportation are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have reliable transportation; if by car, a valid driver's license and proof of insurance is required

Aufgaben

• Follow care plans for clients and report on completed tasks
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, etc.)
• Provide or assist in routine house cleaning, meal prep, and laundry
• Transport client to appointments and run errands
• Assist with self-administration of medications
• Observe and report changes in client's condition
