SYNERGY HomeCare in Milford, MA is seeking compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care. We offer full-time and part-time roles with 20+ hours per week and flexible scheduling, plus weekly pay.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, companionship, and light housekeeping, following care plans and reporting changes to the care team. Immediate weekday and weekend openings available.

Formación

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Caring, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes.
• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate changes in clients' needs to the care team.
