Qualifications

• Licensed as a California Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Pediatric/early intervention experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy using Parent Coaching Model.
• Align services with each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Deliver services in homes, daycare centers, or community settings; virtual options available.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
