Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver infant and toddler services within families' homes, daycares, and community settings across California.

Flexible scheduling and locations, including home-based and virtual visits, are available to support providers and families. Responsibilities include developmental assessments, IFSP-based goal development with families, and progress reporting within HIPAA-compliant guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• California SLP license or eligibility required.
• Pediatric early intervention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services using family-centered coaching.
• Follow IFSPs and collaborate with families to set development goals.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment; include home, daycare centers, or community settings; virtual services available.
