Job summary

Naval Academy Hospitality seeks a Retail Dining FOH Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at multiple venues including catering, 1845 coffee shop, and outdoor bars. You will manage staff, coordinate floor plans, and ensure service standards for weddings, retirements, reunions, and conferences at USNA and surrounding events.

You will supervise front-of-house activities, maintain safety and sanitation, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to policy and alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles in food service.
• Customer service and guest relations knowledge.
• Experience planning or supervising catered events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations for designated ala carte locations and banquet events.
• Oversee staff assignments, ensure uniforms and professional appearance.
• Coordinate with managers, kitchen, logistics, and inventory staff to execute events.
• Manage reservations, floor plans, room setup, and sanitation and safety procedures.
• Acknowledge guests, handle complaints, and ensure client satisfaction.
