Job summary

The U.S. Naval Academy invites qualified candidates for the Retail Dining FOH Supervisor role in Annapolis, MD. You will oversee front-of-house operations for a la carte and banquet events, ensuring top-notch guest satisfaction and adherence to SOPs.

You will manage staff, coordinate with kitchen and logistics, and handle setup, service, and teardown while maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant dining environment during Navy events and regular operations.

Qualifications

• Must meet KSAs: lead FOH teams, oversee shift assignments, and ensure SOP/BEO compliance.
• Experience providing proactive guest engagement during events and resolving service issues.
• Knowledge of dining, bar, and barista operations with health/sanitation compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day la carte operations at designated locations per Manager specs and Banquet Event Orders.
• Oversee staff assignments, ensure proper uniforms and professional image.
• Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, inventory to execute events and manage room setups.
