Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations for designated locations per SOPs and BEOs.
• Oversee staff assignments, ensure proper uniform and professional image.
• Coordinate with FOH, kitchen, catering, and logistics to execute events.
• Manage reservations for The Alley restaurant and member events.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and alcohol service compliance.
• Lead FOH teams and resolve guest issues during events.
