Job summary

Thrivent Financial seeks a Financial Advisor in Sidney, MT to help clients achieve financial clarity through purpose-based advice and Thrivent programs. You’ll guide Christians on saving, investing, insurance and generosity while building a personal practice in your community.

You’ll train and license through Thrivent’s onboarding, then operate with biweekly commissions and dedicated support from specialists to grow your business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• FINRA SIE license, life and health licenses (licensed role) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities/insurance verifications, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their financial journeys.
• Provide personal, actionable, achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships across generations based on trust.
