Job summary

Thrivent Financial invites motivated professionals in Missoula, MT to join our advisory team, helping clients grow, protect and align finances with their values through purpose-based planning and Christian-centered guidance.

You’ll complete up to 14 weeks of paid training to obtain state licenses and FINRA registrations, then earn income through commissions and incentives in a supportive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting.
• Acceptable background check, fingerprinting and registrations.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding clients on financial clarity and generosity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products.
• Develop long-term relationships across generations based on trust.
• Schedule client appointments, deliver workshops, and market the practice.
• Collaborate with specialists to support client goals and growth.
