Thrivent invites ambitious financial professionals to build a client-centered practice focused on helping Christians achieve financial clarity and generosity. You’ll provide actionable guidance and connect clients with Thrivent products, while developing long-term relationships across generations.

As you onboard, you’ll train for state insurance licenses and FINRA registrations, then operate in a flexible, commission-driven environment with strong support and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check and licensing verification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity and generosity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships across generations based on trust.
• Schedule client appointments, deliver financial workshops, and market the practice.
• Maintain a collaborative culture with support from specialists to grow the business.
