Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products.
• Develop long-term relationships across generations based on trust in diverse communities.
• Schedule client appointments, deliver workshops, and market the practice.
• Collaborate with specialists across the organization to support client success, maintaining work-life balance.
