Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE and state life/health licenses before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check and securities registration/insurance licensing verification.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding clients on financial clarity and generosity.
• Provide personal, actionable, achievable advice across Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and understanding.
• Schedule client appointments leveraging network and Thrivent reputation, delivering workshops and marketing the practice.
