Job summary

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking a flexible and experienced Early Childhood Education Teacher to provide classroom support throughout our center.

This role offers opportunities to work across multiple classrooms, maintain safe and engaging learning environments, and collaborate with families and teaching teams to ensure consistent, developmentally appropriate experiences for every child.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required.
• Experience in childcare, preschool, daycare, or early childhood preferred.
• Comfortable supporting multiple classrooms and age groups.
• Additional EEC age-group qualifications are a plus.
• Flexible, dependable, nurturing, and team-oriented.
• Must meet all applicable Massachusetts EEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, break, and ratio coverage throughout the center
• Support classrooms based on daily staffing needs
• Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Engage children through play, art, music, movement, and hands-on activities
• Support meals, rest time, toileting/diapering, and classroom transitions
• Maintain positive guidance and attentive supervision
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and teaching teams
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized classrooms
• Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies
