Job summary

The Learning Experience – Foxboro, MA is seeking EEC-certified preschool teachers who are passionate about creating meaningful early learning experiences for young children.

As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll create an engaging classroom where children strengthen language, early academic, social-emotional, and independence skills while learning through exploration and play. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required.
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate preschool activities.
• Implement the proprietary LEAP Curriculum.
• Support early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional learning.
• Create a positive, structured, welcoming classroom environment.
• Encourage independence and kindergarten-readiness skills.
• Observe children's development and maintain required documentation.
• Use positive classroom guidance and consistent routines.
• Build relationships and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies.
