Job summary

The Learning Experience - Dedham is seeking a caring Toddler Teacher (EEC Certified) to join our early childhood education team. You will nurture toddlers' confidence, communication, and independence through play-based learning and a supportive classroom routine.

As part of our Dedham center, you will implement The LEAP Curriculum, guide daily routines, and partner with families to promote development while adhering to Massachusetts EEC standards. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required.
• Previous toddler classroom experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging daily activities using LEAP Curriculum.
• Foster language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.
• Guide toddlers through daily routines including meals, outdoor play, and transitions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership.
• Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements.
