The Learning Experience – Worcester is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Teacher with Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher certification to join our team. This role requires comfort working across age groups and leading classrooms with strong collaboration and impact.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher Certification is required.
• Ability to work across multiple age groups preferred.
• Experience in professional childcare or early childhood teaching required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support early childhood classrooms across age groups.
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development.
• Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive behavior guidance.
• Step into classrooms as needed to support staffing, ratios, and daily operations.
• Observe children's development and maintain required documentation.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with teachers and center leadership.
• Maintain safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environments.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies.
